本公司自2004年成立迄今, 業務以海事工程服務, 船舶第三方檢驗 / 稽核, 船舶管理顧問為主. 

Job Description & Purpose of Port Engineering Administrators 駐埠工程(培訓)人員: 

(1) Responsible for the overall management, within marine operation, of the safety management (ISM)

     of the Company such as shipboard maintenance, repair, store supply and so on. Assumes duties as

     the Designated  Person Ashore (Deputy DPA) of Safety Management (ISM) of the Company.

(2) Assist to implement hull & machinery survey and audit of the vessels.

(3) Assist to develop ISM / NSM and relevant documentation of QHSE as per project requirements. 

(4) Could be accept to attend training course at local / aboard which arranged by the Company. 

(5) General works and others.

Knowledge and Skills 技能與知識

(1) Demonstrated knowledge of commercial vessels such as Container, General Cargo, Bulk Carriers, 

     Chemical & Oil Tanker, Special Purpose Ship and marine operations.

(2) Demonstrated knowledge of working tug and barge industry and offshore constructions if. 

(3) Demonstrated knowledge of ISM / NSM / QHSE, and concept of maritime insurance if. 

(4) High level administrative and organizational skills if. 

(5) Investigative techniques and root cause analysis capabilities if.

Terms of work 待遇條件 / 福利

(1) Normal working time is 09:00 ~ 18:00 from Monday to Friday weekly except National Holidays.

(2) Place of the Office was local at South District of Tainan city, Taiwan.

(3) Business range in general at local are the main commercial port of Taiwan such as

     Keelung, Taipei, Hwa lien, Taichung, Budai, Anping, Kaohsiung, fishing ports 

     and shipyards, and aboard area as per the projects.  

(4) Salary:

     Generally is at least NTD 35K~45K per month + annual bonus (2 month) for 1st year

     and would be adjusted according to personal performance annually.

     High pay could be and possible in accordance with senior experience and useful licenses

     of maritime insurance, survey and relevant training of offshore construction.

(5) Others: Annual Vacation, Labor & Health Insurance & Retirement as per Taiwan regulations.

Requirements for Port Engineering Administrator:

資質要求: 2~3年以上相海事關工作經驗 (或 一等大副 / 一等大管以上, 可接受培訓佳)

This position generally requires a Bachelor's degree in marine transportation, marine engineering, 

marine navigation, or naval architecture, and a minimum of two ~ three years of maritime industry 

experience in maritime operation, ISM / QHSE management.

Sea-going experience with 3000GT of international vessel and above will be considered degree equivalent.

(First class Chief Mate / 2E and above would be better). Formal training of STCW 2010 or first-hand experience 

in quality management systems and ISM / QHSE are highly desirable.
