[分享]粉菜地討海人

如果能力所及，小弟我一定會在此為咱討海人服務。可見這兒的問題就是大家的問題。但是............... 都是一些切身關係到咱討海人的問題又好像是一些不是問題的問題光是受訓這種非常鳥的問題是一遍又一遍，便遍辯變辨？能否有個夠屌的先進大大能在此搞個小站幫大家解決受訓的疑惑。相信跳出來的這位，咱討海人一定會用最大的信念來給他保佑，讓他得到他一生所想要地..............

這個問題的確讓人想半天不過對討海人有如釵h的訓練有幾個前提: 討海人工作於無人管轄的區域!! 由於無人管轄, 無"法"管轄!! 於是 1. 必須具備一些平常人沒有的能力 以求能自立自強 2. 能夠瞭解海上的法律環境 3. 能夠有自我解決的能力 而且這也是船籍國具體的管理執行國際的共識如此你想我們能例外嗎??

言之有理，但是大家的問題卻只能在此遊遊蕩蕩。必須要有解決之道，俾力我們這些討海人才是。現今上級長官只能用無奈或者是用經費不足及法令不適為由，就讓航運界犧牲像在座如此優秀的討海人才。為因應世界共識及專業，所以受訓這個過程一定是無可厚非，但資訊卻乏善可陳，是咱討海人的悲哀！
