請問驗船

請問定檢、特檢的英文及他所代表的時間間隔
還有定檢、特檢等檢驗是屬於船級CLASS檢驗，還是船旗FLAG檢驗？
小弟有點搞混了，請教網上各位前輩。謝謝

在SOLAS CHARTER 1就寫出,
Regulation 6,
(a) The inspection and survey of ships, so far as regards the enforcement of the provisions of the present
regulations and the granting of exemptions therefrom, shall be carried out by officers of the Administration.
The Administration may, however, entrust the inspections and surveys either to surveyors nominated for
the purpose or to organizations recognized by it.

他寫的主管機關(Administration就是指船旗國政府,而主管機關可將此inspections and surveys委託給指定的驗船師或其認可的組織

所以你可看到許多證書的格式都是船旗國的格式，而簽署由指定的驗船機購來簽發

不同的證書有不同的檢驗類別
Solas charter 1,

Regulation 7，為客船，分為
1. initial survey 初次檢驗，投入營運前
2. renewal survey 換証檢驗，每年一次
3. additional survey

Regulation 8，為貨船安全設備及其他設備(Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate)，分為
1. initial survey 初次檢驗，投入營運前
2. renewal survey 換証檢驗，主管機關定之，不超過5年
3. periodical survey 定期檢驗，証書第二週年或第三週年之前三月後三月，並可取代一次年度檢驗
4. annual survey 年度檢驗，在証書上每一週年日之前三後三月進行
5. additional survey

Regulation 9，為貨船無線電設備(Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate)，分為
1. initial survey 初次檢驗，投入營運前
2. renewal survey 換証檢驗，主管機關定之，不超過5年
3. periodical survey 定期檢驗，証書的每一週年日之前三月後三月
4. additional survey

Regulation 10，為貨船結購，機器和設備(Cargo Ship Safety Construction Certificate)，分為
1. initial survey 初次檢驗，投入營運前
2. renewal survey 換証檢驗，主管機關定之，不超過5年
3. intermediate survey 中間檢驗，証書第二週年或第三週年之前三月後三月，並可取代一次年度檢驗
4. annual survey 年度檢驗，在証書上每一週年日之前三後三月進行
5. 5年期內，船底外部要至少進行兩次檢查，間隔不得超過36個月 (兩次進塢）

..他是屬於哪一項呢?
