請教發電機油頭研磨技巧

版上各位前輩們好
小弟目前保養的是(瓦錫蘭)warsila 6L20系列的發電機,對於研磨換下的油頭沒什麼經驗,請教一下對於這方面有經驗的前輩們,能否給小第一些指導,目前碰到兩個問題:
(1)研磨出來的油頭底部會出現一條細白線,但都打不亮
(2)磨完去試壓,霧化OK但壓力有些不足

或者有前輩知道哪些相關書籍提到這類的知識,也請不吝告知書名,再次感謝各位前輩

沒記錯的話,那一圈是細線。
另外接油管泵壓的地方,會有一
個螺栓讓你作壓力調整。一邊泵,
一邊調。不要有垂流的現象是最好的!
並且檢查噴孔有無堵塞,如有以通針
處理。說明書應該會有寫到才是,參
考看看!!!至於細部還需請有經驗的
前輩再詳細的解說。

再補充一下
在做噴油器噴油壓力調整時,若發現噴油器有滴油現象,或者在做噴油器保壓試驗時發現噴油器有滲漏現象,說明針閥偶件密封性不良,應重新做零件研磨將零件從噴油器裡拆出,在輕柴油或汽油裡清洗乾淨.在閥針的錐面上塗些許氧化鉻研磨膏,插人針閥座內用手捻動研磨,直到在閥針錐面上能看到一個完整而等寬的黑色環帶為止。重新清洗乾淨,裝復再試,直至無滴油和滲漏。如果不能得到完整的研磨帶,或帶寬邊緣不整齊、研磨帶凹陷、局部研磨印跡模糊,都必須換用新零件。研磨時應注意,不要讓研磨膏落到針閥的導向柱面上,以免研壞導向段。
