代徵儲備船員數名，公司概要, 工作內容及相關資質要求如下:

Company Profile:

Maritime Engineering Service, Third Party Survey, QHSE Audit & Ship Management Consultant since 2004.  

本公司自2004年成立迄今, 業務以海事工程服務, 船舶第三方檢驗 / 稽核, 船舶管理顧問為主. 

本次代徵之船東公司為欲參與台灣離岸風電施工產業鏈之廠商, 包括台灣船東及國外船東

Job Description & Purpose:

船舶種類: 離岸工程船舶(包括人員運輸船, 離岸施工船等)

工作地點: 台灣沿岸風場, 主要泊靠碼頭為台北港, 新竹南寮漁港, 苗栗龍鳳漁港

                 台中港(海事工程船渠及重件碼頭#2~#8), 彰化漁港, 嘉義布袋港, 台南安平港

工作內容: 依各風場業主專案內容及各船東公司要求, 依簽訂之船員僱傭契約執行船舶航行及船舶保養維護工作

                 預估每月航行天數約20~27天(主要為3月~11月), 有淡季停航可能(主要為12月~2月)

特殊要求: 不分船種, 各職級皆需執行ISM / NSM管理體系及配合風場業主要求執行QHSE,

                 淡季停航期間仍需依船東指示在船施行保養工作, 惠請欲應徵職務者自行斟酌可否配合.

薪資: 下列薪資已包括經常性薪津, 海勤津貼及固定加班費等, 並依法載明於船員僱傭契約. 

請假: 非工程期間如有短天數請假需求, 在不影響船東業務需求情況下, 依各船東內部規定申請辦理.  

合約: 分為短期(1~3個月)及中長期(6~12個月), 依各船東需求為主

職務需求:

1. Able Seaman 幹練水手 (38K~74K, total amount about 780K~888K / year)

2. Motor Man 機匠 (38K~74K, total amount about 780K~888K / year)

    Full welding licence or good skill / experence in maintenance could be discussed and increase the salary if any.

3. Deck Joinor / Senior Officer 一等船副 (52K~105K)

   1st class licence with 2 years experience at sea and above is better

4. Chief mate 一等大副 (73K~130K)

   1st class chief mate licence with 3 years international vessel experience at sea and above is better

   1st class Captain licence could be discussed and increase the salary if any.

5. 3rd / 4th Engineer 一等管輪 (52K~105K)

    1st class licence with 2 years experience at sea and above is better

6. 2nd Engineer 一等大管輪 (73K~130K)

    1st class licence with 3 years international vessel experience at sea and above is better

    1st class CHIEF ENGINEER licence could be discussed and increase the salary if any.
